I was formerly Lead Food editor at the global cooking platform Kitchen Stories, creating delicious content for audiences in the millions, and Senior Editor at Hardie Grant Books where I worked on titles with celebrated chefs including Meatsmith (Andrew McConnell and Troy Wheeler), 7 Days of Dinner (Adam Liaw), On Sundays (Dave Verheul), and Tarts Anon (Gareth Whitton).

For brands, I have dreamt up campaigns, multimedia content series and recipes.
