I was formerly Lead Food editor at the global cooking platform Kitchen Stories, creating delicious content for audiences in the millions, and Senior Editor at Hardie Grant Books where I worked on titles with celebrated chefs including Meatsmith (Andrew McConnell and Troy Wheeler), 7 Days of Dinner (Adam Liaw), On Sundays (Dave Verheul), and Tarts Anon (Gareth Whitton).

My work has been featured in print and online for the likes of SAVEUR, Gather Journal, Kitchen Stories, Pit Magazine, Suitcase Magazine, Intern, Four&Sons, SEEK, Friends of Friends, Companion Magazine, Snore Magazine, ArtsHub and books including Anyone Can Cook (2021, Prestel), The Archdaily Guide to Good Architecture (2022, gestalten) and The Getaways (2022, gestalten).

For brands, I have dreamt up campaigns, multimedia content series and recipes.
